At industrialplcparts.com, we want customers to be confident in every purchase. This policy explains return, exchange and refund handling for eligible industrial automation parts.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only when a product is defective, incorrect or otherwise approved by our support team. To qualify:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The return must be approved before shipment. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
Contact support@industrialplcparts.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos showing the defect or incorrect item. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return destination.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If the item is defective, damaged in transit or not the part you ordered, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Incorrect items must remain unopened in original sealed packaging where possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, special-order products, installed products, used products, products damaged by incorrect installation or operation, and products returned without approval are not eligible for return unless required by law.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank, card or payment provider processing times may vary.
6. Exchanges
When replacement stock is available, we may offer an exchange for a defective or incorrect item. If replacement stock is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative solution after inspection.
7. Return Address
Return shipments must be sent only to the address provided in our approval instructions. Do not send returns to the company office unless we specifically confirm that address in writing.
