The ABB TU830V1 is a passive termination unit designed for the S800 I/O system. It facilitates the connection of field wiring to I/O modules, supporting up to 16 channels and two process voltage connections. Each channel includes two I/O connections and one ZP connection. The unit distributes the ModuleBus to the I/O module and to the next MTU, generating the correct address by shifting the outgoing position signals.
